We had an amazing day, or least I did, all thanks to a host of people as the day went on. What started as a very early day for me around 4:00 in the morning, I had to get up, get to the gym and back in time to get ready, bags packed and off to London to start my filming with Spencer Reed for Men at Play….

New Diet...New Programme →
OK, so..I spent the last 18 months dropping from 18.5% to 8% body fat and I’m the happiest I have ever been with my body now. It really is pretty amazing when I look at the transformation. Even last night, in the Sauna, while we watched Ashley Ryder do his thing, I had 3 guys comment on my ‘flat stomach’ and abs! It made my night!

Tired but the gym doesn't wait for no one!
Man…I am so friggin’ tired…couldn’t sleep at all last night with the wind howling, I was rolling bed, even got up for 2 hours to have a wank and pass the time, still…I’m up now and I need to get my arse down the gym for some pull ups and CV, anyone coming to keep me company on the Stair Master?! :)
